1. Use of service
Fotos El Caballero provides school photography and print sales services in Monterrey, N.L. Access to school photos is intended only for parents and guardians of students at participating schools.
2. Privacy and minors
Photos of minors are protected by school password and student ID search. We do not store or share minors' images with third parties. Watermarked previews are only for viewing; original files are delivered only to verified buyers.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago and PayPal directly to the photographer's accounts. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include the selected product.
4. Digital delivery
Digital downloads are available immediately after confirmed payment. Download links are valid for 15 days and can be renewed from the purchase history at no additional cost.
5. Physical delivery
Prints are delivered directly at the school on the indicated date. We do not offer home delivery at this time.
6. No automatic refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, automatic refunds are not processed. If an error attributable to Fotos El Caballero occurs, it will be handled directly through WhatsApp. Special cases are reviewed individually.
7. Intellectual property
Andrés Caballero retains copyright ownership of all photographs. The buyer receives a personal, non-transferable license for family use and printing. Commercial reproduction or mass distribution without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Image protection
Previews include a watermark. Attempting to remove, capture, or reproduce images without completing the purchase process is prohibited.
